During weekdays, processing usually takes one business day. However, if you place an order on Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Eleanor Boutique is designed to be as simple as possible.

Please note that all shipments are completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation, Eleanor Boutique covers all shipping and delivery costs.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
If the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. From that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
