Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is intact as it was upon receipt.

• Only normal handling of the product has occurred; any damage caused by negligent handling is excluded.

• Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before the return process.

• The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

• We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.

• Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within that time frame.

• We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie sets. Please check your order carefully before finalizing it, as all lingerie sales are considered final.
